This commissioned piece, painted to celebrate a 50th birthday, also marked the last chemotherapy treatment--heralding the beginning of the next chapter in a happy story.

Four young boys and a loving husband presented this painting to the birthday girl. It captures her 'happy place,' and this stylized painting was meant to be fun and whimsical, to capture the spirit of childhood, as well as the important place that all of her boys have in her life.
