“Go with the Flow”
Annagh River Meets Atlantic

Stand here with two feet planted in the middle of this stream at its junction to the sea and face the Atlantic. The Annagh River flows down from Mount Callan to this most southwest corner of Spanish Point.
Here, seaweed rooted deep into riverbed, dance like ribbons in the shallow current. The turbulence created by the river rocks and boulders, so beautiful in their Verde cardigans of sea grass and algae, gently redirects the stream as it journeys towards the sea. Still yourself, feel the setting sun’s warmth glimmer on your face, hear the sea shooshing in unison with voices of ancestors saying, “Go with the Flow”.
In the words of Campbell, “Life is not a problem to be solved but a mystery to be lived. Follow the path that is no path. Follow your bliss.” And so, goes the dichotomy of life.
